China has become one of the countries which have most serious pollution problems of sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the recent years.SO2as the precursor of acid rain and NOx as the precursors of acid rain and photochemical smog are important air pollutants because of serious harm for human health and ecological environment. In general, the removal of SO2and NOx from coal-fired flue gas is carried out by installing the flue gas desulfurization and denitration equipments separately at the rear of coal-fired boiler. But the individual treatment strategy will result in expensive investment, high operating cost and large area occupied. So developing simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification technology which is simple, reliable and suitable for coal-fired power plants has a significant meaning for China.This paper develops and screens new type of composite additives and researches theirs optimum technological conditions for simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification using semi-dry FGD device CFB as main reactor. Two kinds of new composite additives S-P and S-SH are selected for their good performances in fixed-bed experiment and CFB simulation experiment. And the result indicates that these two types of composite additives both show high SO2and NO removing efficiency, which can reach97.89%、92.97%'98.67%and97.59%respectively in CFB simulation experiment;orthogonal tests are also conducted as well for confirming which has a greater impact on CFB simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification efficiency between the influencing factors of reacting temperature, moisture content, weight proportion and then draw the conclusions of optimum technological conditions;further more, S-P composite additives proves to be the better one not only because its breakthrough time is long enough but also shows a high removing efficiency and stability in the entire time. Also the second one bears more practical application value for its low cost and convenience in storage and deliver,which will bring an outstanding future for CFB simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification.
