The high purity aluminium1A80is a kind of new material for the electronic aluminum foil manufacturing industry. It plays an increasingly important role in domestic electrolytic capacitor manufacturing industry. The thesis studied the influence of heat treatment process on the prossibility, mechanical property, trace element distribution, texture components and corrosion morphology of the1A80electronic aluminum foil through mechanical properties testing, optical microscope observing, X-ray diffraction, electron probe micro area composition analysis, X-ray energy analysis and surface contourgraph detection. The study provides theoretical basis for improving1A80electronic aluminum foil manufacturing technology. The results show:(1) The250℃intermediate annealing could prompt crystal lattice reply in deformed1A80aluminum foil and improve the elongation of it. Its organization form retained some cold rolled fibrous tissue, so as to improve its tensile strength; When the annealing temperature rise beyond300℃, the recrystallization occurred in the material, and the grain size was enlarged. It’s not conducive to the strengthening of the product, and its tensile strength is weak.(2) The low temperature middle annealing can not make complete recrystallization occur and has little effect on the main texture components of1A80aluminum foil after final annealing; The texture of1A80aluminum foil has larger changes in the process of full annealing, brass texture{011}<211> and R texture{111}<112> greatly take off, and the (100) grain face index blooms.(3) After recrystallization annealing, the trace element composition of1A80aluminum foil is different in disparate grains. The annealing process will lead the trace elements in the aluminum foil mass to the surface, and it will be more fierce as the annealing temperature rises especially for Fe, Cu and Mn, but the situation is just opposite for the Si element.(4) The final annealing technology had great influence on the corrosion resistance of aluminum foil. The sample without final annealing had a stable corrosion rate, but the corrosion morphology is nonuniform because of the residual stress of aluminum foil.280℃/2h final annealing can improve the efficiency of the corrosion of aluminum foil, and the corrosion foil surface quality is better. If the temperature exceeded320℃, the final annealing will cause enrichment of trace elements on aluminum foil surface, then making the aluminum foil corrosion rate up and causing the aluminum foil corrosion thinning, affected the quality of the product.
