The resources of organic are waste are very rich in our country, but the utilizationratio is very low, so develop and utilize organic waste resources has a very importantsignificance for changing our petroleum fuel-based energy structure. And with thedevelopment of industry, the environmental pollution is worsening. Organic waste hascharacteristics of refractory, so its threat to the environment is also growing, solooking for a method to efficiently handle and use organic waste is extremelyimportant.Hydrothermal treatment conversion of organic wastes is a process that usesubcritical and supercritical water as a medium, pyrolysis organic waste, and make themolecules bond of organic molecules and hydrocarbon break into small molecules.Hydrothermal in supercritical water has irreplaceable advantages in treating organicwaste. It is also has broad prospects and potential value in the development ofdistributed energy. Using hydrothermal treatment technology has many advantages, itcan not only degrade the waste, but also can convert and recycle chemical or energyproducts. So it has a double value of solving energy shortage and protecting theenvironment, and becoming an international and domestic research focus.On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, thispaper analyzes and summarizes the basic principle, characteristics, the performanceindexes and main factors of hydrothermal treatment reaction process, and finds theintrinsic link between the factors. On this basis, this paper takes the olive oil wastewater and waste tire as examples, establishes the model of hydrothermal process.Then verify the reliability of the model, and optimize the model,and get the optimumparameters which conform to the engineering standards most.It is verified by calculation that the model can be used to simulate thehydrothermal process well no matter it is olive oil waste water or waste tire.Optimization results show that the main effective gas in gasified gas, the content ofCH4and the calorific value of the combustible gas in the hydrothermal process ofolive oil waste water are close to the maximum experimental data and the conversionrate of total organic carbon are above80%.And the oil production rate in thehydrothermal process of waste tire is close to the maximum experimental data too.Soit is verified that the method proposed in this papers feasibility and effectiveness.For the main problems in engineering utilization of hydrothermal treatmenttechnology, the paper proposes some preliminary conceptions. To the problem of thereactor corrosion and salt deposition, the paper summarizes several typical improvedreactors. To the choice of catalyst, based on the analysis of the characteristics of various types of catalysts, Sums up CaO-Ca (OH)2mixed catalytic process route. Onthis basis, sums energy recovery issues, and assess the economics of the technology.
