Mine coal fire as one of the five natural disasters,not only will cause a lot of waste of coal resources,but also pose a threat to the security and safety of miners producing mines.Mine fire, spontaneous combustion of coal Gobs proportion accounted greatly.Thus, through the study of the mined area to be divided "three zones",as well as distribution in different situations,either Gobs of coal spontaneous combustion provide predictive and preventive measures.In this paper, the data analysis stage, data sources tashan8102gas concentration inside the mine goaf through the face6f the beam tube monitoring system to measure the concentration of gas inside the mined area and the data using MATLAB processing, you can get a three-dimensional distribution of oxygen concentration Gob Gob plane diagram and oxygen concentration equivalent curve. ORIGIN use to fit the oxygen concentration of each measuring point, the equation can be fitted curve for each measuring point, by fitting equation can be solved oxygen concentration of18%,15%,11%,7%each measuring point position inside the mined area, and ultimately to determine distribution of "three zones"; numerical simulation phase, first of all, for the8102through GAMBIT modeling goaf using FLUENT computational fluid dynamics software to simulate the oxygen concentration in goaf distribution, in order to get a more accurate range of its division in the mined-out area20meters to set the model’s four-point lateral longitudinal intervals, analyzing the oxygen concentration of these points,to give the interior contours of oxygen concentration distribution, through the an oxygen concentration of18%,7%to determine the contours of the final divided range may be determined. The resulting data analysis and numerical analysis of the obtained results were compared with the simulation results are some differences between the two, but closer to the divided ranges and trends can explain the accuracy of the results.
