Coal mine fire is one of the five major coal mine disasters in our country, it not only causes heavy loss of coal resources, but also causes significant casualties accident, goaf spontaneous combustion fire occupies the most of coal mine fire. In many coal mines in our country, coal seam belongs to the thick coal seam, with the promotion thick coal seamfull-mechanized caving mining in recent years, causing much remaining coal, leakage air volume is big, goaf spontaneous combustion disaster of easy spontaneous combustion coal seam is more serious. So the research of goaf spontaneous combustion fire prevention and control of easy spontaneous combustion of fully-mechanized caving is of great significance.This paper bases on the real problem of goaf spontaneous combustion disaster prevention and control in ZF201 working face Jiang jiahe coal mine, adopts the method spontaneous combustion, the research emphasis of ZF201 working face goaf measurement of ZF201 working face coal samples, the attenuation rate of oxygen consumption is 0.533, the shortest spontaneous combustion period of coal is 17 days, the minimum oxygen concentration of experimental coal sample oxygen consumption is 8.0%. Goaf tube monitoring system designed, the goaf indicator gas such as O2, CH4 and CO are monitored, and the mine goaf spontaneous combustion fire forecast system is established, goaf gas concentration distribution rules are obtained. Combining with the actual goaf, numerical model is established, using the Fluent software has carried on goaf spontaneous combustion "three zones", the most breadth of oxidation zone width is 125 m. Finally choosing the nitrogen injection to prevent and control spontaneous after nitrogen injection, the maximum oxidation zone width is 81 m.Field application effect shows that since the measure is taken, the sign of goaf spontaneous combustion not happens, shows that the measure is very effective. Research results provide reliable theoretical support for the mine goaf spontaneous combustion control and Prevention, avoiding the unnecessary waste of human, financial, playing an exemplary role for the similar geological and mining conditions of coal mine goaf spontaneous combustion disaster prevention.
