Heteropoly acid/polyaniline/Zinc Oxide composite photocatalyst was prepared,throughthe chemical oxidative polymerization, with (NH4)2S2O8as raw material, they arePW12/PANI/ZnO and SiMo12/PANI/ZnO.Through infrared spectroscopy, X ray powderdiffraction, UV Vis spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, N2adsorption desorptionmeasurements, thermogravimetric analysis on them was characterized,And analysis of itsunder the irradiation of ultraviolet light, the effects on the degradation of simulated dyewastewater. To explore the different conditions, to Congo red and methylene bluedecolorization rate, and find out the best condition. Study on the catalyst recovery and reuseperformance.The conclusion,when the PW12/PANI/ZnO was Composite photocatalyst, the bestconditions for degradation of Congo red and methylene blue two dye is: the initial dyeconcentration were20mg/L and5mg/L, catalyst dosage were0.0100g and0.0125g, pHwere3and3. The decolorization of the catalyst degradation under optimum conditions of twokinds of dyes can reach80.32%and85.84%respectively.when the SiMo12/PANI/ZnO was Composite photocatalyst, the best conditions fordegradation of Congo red and methylene blue two dye is: the initial dye concentration were10mg/L and5mg/L, catalyst dosage were0.0125g and0.0125g, pH were3and5, in theoptimum conditions the catalytic decolorizing agent degradation of two dye the rate can reach89.68%and92.26%respectively.
