Heteropoly acid (salt) is a new type of photocatalytic materials,with its goodphotocatalytic degradation performance,to deal with the air pollution, and haveimportant application prospect of organic wastewater.But,heteropoly acid as catalystfor the recovery is difficult, and the specific surface area is small, catalytic activity isnot fully play out.If the heteropoly acid (salt) load to a composite material is formedon PANI/TiO2,can not only to the synergy of TiO2, also played the hybridization ofPANI.Therefore, this kind of composite materials in large extent improve thephotocatalytic activity.Based on the (NH4)2S2O8for its antioxidant, using chemical oxidativepolymerization, the polyaniline film coated on the surface of nano TiO2particles.Andthen, via electrostatic self-assembly method of preparation of a new type of compositephotocatalytic materials,namely α-SiW11Ti/PANI/TiO2,β2-SiW11Ti/PANI/TiO2,PW11Ti/PANI/TiO2.Respectively by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra, infraredspectra, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope,thermogravimetric analysis on the structure and morphology of the composite.In30w under uv-irradiation, Gentian violet and Congo red dye wastewater forsimulation, the initial concentration of solution is studied, and the alphα-SiW11Ti/PANI/TiO2and β2-SiW11Ti/PANI/TiO2photocatalyst dosage, initial acidityof solution and different light sources on the influence of the two dyesdecolorizing.The results show that the use of alph α-SiW11Ti/PANI/TiO2andβ2-SiW11Ti/PANI/TiO2as a catalyst for the degradation of gentian violet in the bestcondition, light150min, the gentian violet solution concentration of0.01g/L ofdecolorization rate was91.25%and the concentration of0.005g/L gentian violetsolution of decolorization rate was89.26%.With alph α-SiW11Ti/PANI/TiO2andβ2-SiW11Ti/PANI/TiO2catalysts for degradation of Congo red in the best condition,light150min, concentration of Congo red solution for0.006g/L decolorization ratewas87.25%and the concentration of0.0075g/L of the decolorization of Congo redsolution at a rate of85.48%.Under the irradiation of sunlight to Methylene blue andmethyl orange as simulated dye wastewater, research the solution of the initial acidity,PW11Ti/PANI/TiO2photocatalyst dosage, initial concentration of the solution anddifferent light source of two dyes decolorizing effects.Results show that using PW11Ti/PANI/TiO2catalysts for degradation of methylene blue and methyl orange forthe best conditions, light150min, the concentration of0.02g/L of the decolorizationrate of methyl orange solution was81.14%and the concentration of0.008g/L ofmethylene blue solution of decolorization rate was79.25%.
