| Sampler plays an important role in Environmental Monitoring because of its moreaccurate, lower cost, more widespread. As there are so many kinds of air pollutants,samplers are also numerous. As science advances, air samplers, dust samplers, gassamplers and TSP samplers improved in quantity and quality.Currently, trends of air samplers are intelligent, integrated, multi-functional.Considering the requirements of its general use and cost, this paper designed a schemecombined air sample with TSP sample, which is accurate, portable, unfluctuating and canbe wildly used.Firstly, afteranalyze the requirement of air pollutant sampling, I design the samplingsystem with the air pollutants such as NOX, SO2, PM10selectively, and combining thepractical application and national criterion, some important data and design have beenensure. For example, the special sampling data of NOX, SO2, PM10determine the flow rate,which is0.2L/min; and the temperature of absorbing liquid also determined as24℃; theaccuracy improve to±1℃.Secondly, the hardware design and software design of sampling system have beenanalyzed in detail. There are two difficult pointsin this system: temperature and flow rate.So, the PIDtemperature controlling and the error of rotor flow meter are used to improvethe accuracy of system control. Otherwise, other pollutants,which meet the hardwarerequirements,also have been designed to extensive the use of the air and TSP combiningsampling.Finally, to ensure the result require the original expectation, The air combined withparticulate sampling has been tested; the data also has been analyzed. |
