| With the rapid development of major industries,the pollution of the ecological environment is increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for environmental monitoring.In this regard,China has also paid more attention to the monitoring of air pollutants,the adsorption method sampler is the most important air pollutant monitoring device.Its main performance index is flow measurement performance.It has been applied to various air pollutant monitoring sites.However,in actual use,the on-site environment is complex,high temperatures and low temperatures are likely to occur outdoors,and some scenes require additional load components such as drying bottles during use,resulting in increased pipeline load.The refore,to develop a set of flow test device suitable for the adsorption method sampler,and use it to simulate the working condition and environmental test of the sampler,so as to accurately measure the measurement performance of the adsorption method sampler under the actual working condition is one of important subject of environmental monitoring.In this paper,research and contributions are as follows:(1)A flow performance test device for sampler of adsorption method is designed,which is composed of thermostat,heat exchanger,standard meter,pressure regulating valve and other equipment.The extended uncertainty of the test device is better than 1.67%(k=2),and the device can perform high and low temperatures with a flow range of(0.01 ~ 100)L/min for adsorption method samplers with a temperature range of(-10 ~ 40)℃ Flow performance test and load flow performance test with a load range of(-30~0)k Pa.(2)Experiments were carried out and the influence of temperature on the measurement performance of the sampler was studied.The temperature adaptability of different types and different manufacturers was compared,and the temperature compensation model of the adsorption method sampler was established.After the correction,the measurement performance of the sampler has been significantly improved(3)The influence of load on the flow measurement performance of the micro flow sampler is analyzed and tested.The test results show that samplers of different ranges and different manufacturers meet the requirements of pumping capacity,the maximum load conditions that they can withstand are different;when the adsorption method sampler of less than 2L/min is actually used,it is recommended that the pipeline load is less than 15 k Pa Use in working environment. |
