Coal Paste Filling System And The Control Method Research

With the development of national economy, the tense situation of energy can be shownincreasingly, it is imperative to improve the extraction rate of coal mine. According to thecharacteristics of the coal mining areas, waste rock piled up seriously pollute the surroundingenvironment, and making goaf rock movement and damage. Paste filling mining method canliberate "three under" pressure, increasing mine coal reserves, prolonging the service life of mine,and improving the economic benefits. While automatic control system plays an very importantrole in the process of paste making and pumping. Paste filling requires strong continuity and stableperformance. It is only through automation control system that can control and monitor theoperation condition of the paste making and the equipment of paste pumping, Which caneffectively guarantee the efficient and stable operation of the paste filling system.This paper first discusses the research background and content, and making the systemequipment selection on the basis of detailed introduction of paste filling process. In the automaticcontrol system, PLC hardware selection and software is introduced, the choice of networkstructure and form, communication mode choice, ingredients weighing accuracy control andmonitoring of the paste pumping process. And designing the monitoring interface of the pastefilling system through the Wincc configuration software, which display materials weighingquality and accuracy real-time and monitor paste state and pipeline pressure, to improve theefficiency of paste filling. Finally analysis the weighing system model of the screw feeder, andintroduce the iterative learning control algorithm, and making the study of ingredients to iterativeprocess of weighing and MATLAB simulation.
