Design Of Distributed Control System Of Sewage Treatment Based On WinCC

These years, the scale of sewage treatment factory is becoming bigger than ever by the development of our industry and increase of population density. For sewage treatment factory, distributed control system can improve the reliability of devices and the quality of water. Besides, it also can save energy and reduce workers'pressure at most. The distributed control system can bring economical benefit to the sewage treatment factory.Using the sewage treatment system of Anding garbage treatment factory in Beijing as background, this paper introduce how to realize the distributed control system based on WinCC. The factory treats wasting water using the craft of SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process). This paper mainly introduces how to realize the client controls the field devices. Besides, it also designs how to realize the server monitors the devices and how to communicate between the client and the server.Using PLC as the client device, DCS realize to control the machines automatically. This paper not only introduces how to choose PLC and sensors but also demonstrate how to set the parameters of hardware, based on the requirement of SBR. Besides, this paper makes the PLC control program of the field devices, including the preprocess area, reacting area and mud treatment area.The server device of DCS, which is PC, is used as a monitor as to supervise the condition of machines. Through the monitor, workers can easily locate the trouble and remove the fault. The interface of monitor is designed, using the Siemens configuration software WinCC as tools. The interface of monitor includes log interface, general flow interface, preprocess parameter interface, reacting pool parameter interface etc.The client can communicate with the server through the network of PROFIBUS-DP and MPI,which base on field bus protocol . This paper introduces how to configure the parameter of communication and how to make program. PLC communicates with the fields devices through PROFIBUS-DP and PC connecting with PLC through MPI. The paper also introduces how to make communication program.
