Safe production of coal enterprises refers to coal enterprises in production at thesame time we must ensure safety. In the case of do not guarantee the safety productioncan cause the loss of lives and social resources. Improve the safety management ofcoal mining enterprises, especially the fully mechanized working face safetymanagement, safety evaluation, not only can improve the working conditions, reduceproperty loss, increase the profit of the enterprises, promote the development ofproduction, but also for individuals, businesses, society has an important significance.Firstly this paper introduces the coal mine safety management and safetyassessment and other related research status, and describes the RS, entropy andunascertained theory simplily. Secondly, take XingDong coal mine for example, itanalyzes the influence factors of safety in production for the fully mechanizedworking face from man, machine, geological environment, working environment,management five aspects in detail. On this basis, this paper builds the safetyevaluation index system of coal mine fully mechanized working face. The safetyevaluation index system include29definite index: average age, average length ofservice, the failure rate and depreciation rate of fully mechanized equipment,geological structure, roof stability, mine illumination, temperature, safetyresponsibility system and safety culture construction and so on. Then, through therough set theory to reduce the evaluation system index to11, and it use the entropy todetermine the index weight, and uses the unascertained theory to conduct the coalmine safety evaluation of fully mechanized working face. Finally, it analyzes theevaluation results, and provides a theoretical basis to strengthen the safetymanagement in coal mine fully mechanized working face, so as to effectively preventthe unsafe problems of coal mine production.
