Mine is a complex time-varying system,and the production methods based on underground mining adds to insecurity in coal production process.Research shows that safety training for employees can effectively reduce the occurrence of accidents,while the traditional methods have the problems of single form,dull content,lack of interaction and so on.For these shortcomings,taking the 21304 coal face in Chensilou Coal Mine as the application background,a simulation system of fully mechanized coal face based on virtual reality technology is designed and developed.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of layout and characteristics of shearer,hydraulic support,scraper conveyor and other mechanical equipment in fully mechanized coal face,combined with research status of virtual reality technology in the mining industry at home and abroad application,the design scheme of simulation system is put forward and the key technology of the system is studied.(2)The process of model creation and the technical details of model optimization are discussed.Taking shearer and hydraulic support as an example,the geometry modeling,behavior modeling,mapping baking and lighting layout are elaborated.The render and export process of the model are also analyzed.(3)Based on Unity3 D engine,video learning module,simulation operation module and underground roaming module in simulation system are developed.With the the Particle System in Unitye3 D,the mist spray and aspirating and coal visual effects are developed.In addition theory examination module is implemented based Access Database and C# language.(4)Emulation operation platform is developed based on Modern Electronic Technology.The hardware circuit design and software programing are studied separately.The emulation platform is connected with the upper computer software through RS232 serial communication interface,realizing the system integration.The system combines video learning,simulation operation,underground roaming and theory test functions in one,which has content rich,easy to operate and friendly human-computer interaction characteristics.The system makes up for the shortcomings of traditional training methods,improves the efficiency of coal mining enterprises in the training of employees,and has broad application prospects and value for popularization.
