This paper mainly research on the structure and processing characteristics of PVF resins, and gives systemic explanation on processing technique, from PVC films made by flow-casting to Biaxially Oriented Polyvinyl Fluoride (or BOPVF), then to the arts of post treatment, covers the whole processing of shaping the film from resin.We analyzed the basic traits of resin on the basis of repetitious tests, and figured out how the dosage and formulation of the potential solvent and the extrude screw structure influenced the quality of the film.The process of biaxially oriented film is very important for the shaping of PVF films. We have studied and discussed the influence that the rate of biaxially oriented, the temperature of transverse and machine stretching made to the quality of the PVF films.We studied from the process of post treatment of experiment that different initial formulation would indicate the different content of the solvent before the post treatment, or even can result to the effect of the post treatment. So the best way is to decide the most appropriate dryness temperature and initial formulation after compared the different mechanical property in different dryness temperature and initial solvent content.At the last part of the paper, we gave out the producing flow design of cast-film extrusion, including the equipment such as batch mixer、 extruder、die head、cooling trough and the equipment of transverse and machine stretching.
