NaY zeolite is widely used in hydrogen cracking, flowing catalytic cracking of petroleum, gas adsorption analysis and so on. Nowadays, energy need is ever-increasing, so it is of great significance to study the preparation of NaY zeolite. There are three directions of preparation of NaY zeolite. One is microsize particles, the other is composite of NaY zeolite and other materials and finally it is modification of NaY zeolite. The microsize Nay has larger specific surface and it can provide more plenty of reactive surface. So can it raise the productivity and percent conversion of petroleum. The problems of preparation of mocrosize NaY are long preparation time and asymmetry diameter. In this paper, the shorter crystal time nanometer NaY zeolite is prepared.The first, NaY zeolite is prepared by exploration tests and it has cubical or sphere shape and has about4μm granularity. In order to obtain the optimum technological conditions, the orthogonal test and the single factor experiment are designed. The notable influence factors are obtained. We inspected these factors about the NaY zeolite preparation and obtained the optimum technological conditions. The results is that notable influence factors are crystallization time, aging time, crystallization temperature and Si/Al ratio of direct agent. The influence factors of crystallization time, aging time and Si/Al ratio of direct agent are inspected. The optimum technological conditions are7:1of Si/Al ratio of direct agent,4:1of Si/Al ratio of mother solution,24h of crystallization time,24h of aging time,100℃of crystallization temperature. Under these conditions, microsize NaY zeolite is successfully prepared by rotating packed bed. The particle size of NaY zeolite prepared by rotating packed bed is about200nm and the granularity of NaY zeolite is even. Finally the rotate speeds of the rotating packed bed and template agent for NaY zeolite are inspected. The results are that higher rotate speed is advantageous to prepare microsize NaY zeolite and the appropriate template agent is tetraethylammonium bromide. NaY zeolite can be obtained with shorter crystallization time, higher crystallinity and Si/Al ratio.
