With the rapid development of China’s industrial production areas, the useof poisonous gas becomes more and more common, meanwhile, inevitablyaccompanied by poisonous gas leak problems, but in actual industrial site andsome harsh toxic environment, testing personnel cannot directly enter the site andfinish the measurement tasks, this makes the wireless intelligent inspectionsystem becomes an important way of toxic gas monitoring.Based on the actual situation in the field of industrial, this article developedwireless recurring monitor system of toxic gases based on multi-Sensor. Thissystem can realize the remote wireless smart detection of Cl2, CO, NO2, SO2fourtoxic gas inspection. The system consists of inspection equipments, a informationrelay station and a host computer control center.The system’s hardware is based on Stm32f107vct6processor, improving thespeed of data processing and the accuracy of information collection. This paperdesigns the transmitter circuits of both toxic gases and temperature&humiditysensors, ZigBee Wi-Fi and serial communication circuit, power supply and motordrive circuit. Modular design of the system’s hardware improves its scalability.Using MDK4.0developed underlying drivers of master inspection equipment andinformation relay stations, to make a normal monitoring and data logging system;while using Borland’s C++Builder development tool for the control centerprepared a friendly interface, easy-to-PC software, to achieve a real-time displayand analysis of sensor data, obstacle avoidance control inspection equipment gassources and search functions.Through multiple calibration laboratory tests and practical industrial site,indicates that the system’s high accuracy of acquisition, reliable of datatransmission, stable of control center. The system can meet the harsh, a variety oftoxic gas monitoring standards in hazardous environments, industrial site security wireless monitoring gas leak source of great significance.
