The rule protect of environment is the stricter and stricter, The oil refining industry will face a big challenge. So,the desulfurize process of the oil and benzene refining will play a importment role in our lives. Then,the research and exploitation of new high efficiency desulfurize catalyst is an importment key.The aim of this paper is to reseach and manufacture a new kind of catalyst which will be used to desulfurize from the oil and benzene. On the base of analysis of catalyst of overseas, we had invented a catalyst which is made of elements:Mo, Co, W and γ-Al2O3. It can be used to desulfurize thiophene and other organic sulfur from the gasolene, diesel oil and raw benzene. Now, it can reduce thiophene from the2500ppm to under0.5ppm At the same reaction conition,the catalyst’s efficiency is highter than the BASF’s.The analysis technique of XRD, BET, IR and XPS was used to token the catalyst. The result show it is a amorphous, active Substance uniformity cover the surface of γ-Al2O3catalyst which crystal size is11.05nm and which also have a big surface which is230.80m2/g and have B acid sit and L acid sit on its surface. Furthermore, this paper had optimized the reaction condition of the catalyst’use. And on the reaction conditiono, we have a evaluate of the catalyst which had lasted240hours. The result is that the catalyst can reduce the thiophene from2500ppm to under0.5ppm. It show that the catalyst have a high efficiency and high stability and high selectivity.
