Abstract:In the21st century, with the rapid development of economy, the human to increasing demand of metal,more and more mineral resources in short supply. Non-renewable mineral resources become increasingly scarce mineral resources, improving the beneficiation economic and technical indicators, comprehensive recycling of valuable elements associated mineral resources, increasing attention.Fengshan Copper is a skarn type copper deposits, the ore is mainly copper and molybdenum, gold, silver, iron, sulfur, and other associated available for comprehensive recovery. Original processing plant using a rough two sweeping a fine, coarse concentrate regrinding the, copper sulfur separation process, only the recovery of copper and sulfur minerals. Copper concentrate grade is22.86%, the recovery rate of copper concentrate containing89.75%, Au6.53g/t, Ag190.71g/t; sulfur concentrate grade is24.46%, the recovery rate is32.5%, molybdenum minerals and iron minerals without recovery, this study focused on Fengshan Copper Polymetallic comprehensive utilization research.The aim of this research in Fengshan Copper Mine of Daye nonferrous metals since2004on mineral processing technology and processing plant transformation, through the Fengshan Copper Minerals on the process mineralogy of copper, molybdenum ore, copper molybdenum separation technology for comprehensive recovery of valuable metals from technology research, in the mixed flotation, the rough concentrate regrinding, separation of copper and molybdenum tailings, iron, gold and silver and other comprehensive recovery technology to do a lot of experiments, to determine the comprehensive recovery of molybdenum, gold, silver, iron and other metal processing technology and chemical conditions, i.e. a rough three and a fine, coarse concentrates regrinding molybdenum, copper sulfur separation, separation of copper and molybdenum tailings of magnetic separation, the process of dressing, and segmented closed circuit experiment. Ore dressing technical indexes have been improved:23.69%copper, copper concentrate, copper recovery of91.50%, copper concentrate to contain Au7.6g/t Ag221.83g/t;Molybdenum concentrate grade of45.982%, the recovery rate of37.08%.. Fengshan Copper recoveries amount of110tons of molybdenum, iron powder11,000tons per year.Than the original multi-recycling gold28kg、silver800kg, to increase the output value of30million yuan per year.
