Research On Membrane Fouling And Cleaning Method In Reverse Osmosis System

The article studied on fouling reasons and fouling composition on reverseosmosis membrane of a Power Plant，and found an economically efficient cleaningmethod. Through the chemical cleaning solved the problem that water production anddesalination dropped，and membrane pressure increased happened in circulating watersystem，realized the normal operation of the reverse osmosis system.Through the analysis of the reverse osmosis membrane fouling, we find thatfouling sample mainly contains calcium sulfate calcium carbonate and microbe.Through the analysis of the reverse osmosis system membrane contaminates，acleaning program including pickle+alkaline cleaning+pickle was developed．Thecleaning solution is that pH2~3hydrochloric acid of pickle；2.5%Na2CO3and2%EDTA-4Na of alkaline cleaning． Water production of reverse osmosis systemincreased14%，first-order stage pressure reduce11.1%，binary stage pressure reduce33.3%after the chemical cleaning．This method provided reference in how to reducethe membrane fouling caused by calcium sulfate．...
