With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's standards of living, the reverse osmosis membrane, as a new pure water-making technology, has got more and more attention for its high efficiency, stability and automatization. For example, in the electronics, pharmacy, thermoelectricity and other fields, reverse osmosis technology is replacing the traditional technology to become mainstream. However, the following membrane pollution is affecting the development of reverse osmosis technology. In the reverse osmosis membrane pollution, the conventional chemical cleaning can restore the membrane'performance partially, but fails to guarantee a thorough cleaning of membrane components and complete performance restoration. Although several system's membrane can be extended to five years or even longer service life after the repeated chemical cleaning, but for most systems, the membrane components have to be changed after no longer than three years and a large number of membrane components will come out of use and be abandoned.The experiment is mainly aimed at the above issues. First of all,we explored two kikd of cleaning agent:DLJI-01&DLJD-02. DLJD-01 is compounded of citric acid, hydrochloric acid, small molecule phosphate, amino acid shuttle and AEO-9 (polyoxyethylene ether),which have a excellent effect on removing of calcium scale and metal contaminants. Descaling rate of up to more than 98% DLJD-02 is compounded of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium salt Aminopolycarboxylic shuttle, HT-801 metal ion complexing agent, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium hydroxide,which have a excellent effect on removing of Organic matter and colloidal Regarding of this experiment,The RO membrane flux recovery rate can up to over 95%Under the laboratory conditions, we explored a new cleaning equipment,which can used of high-polluted RO membrane. The new cleaning process, can achieve high-pressure cleaning pump and pump cleaning pump operation and a separate series of two different combinations of operating and Solved the serious scaling membrane washing cleaning encountered slower rate and vapor-liquid explosions.Under the laboratory conditions,cleaning technology and cleaning fluid affecting the reverse osmosis membrane and made some studies on the main factors affecting reverse osmosis membrane cleaning, including the cleaning temperature and cleaning flow, and the affecting trend of the cleaning effect of reverse osmosis membrane these factors have made. The results showed that: the cleaning temperature and cleaning flow don't have much influence on the cleaning effect of reverse osmosis membrane. So we should control these two factors when cleaning. Meanwhile, the experiment autonomously configurated two kinds of cleaning fluid, comparing the cleaning effect of DLJD-01 and HY-420 in the same operating environment, especially the conditions of restoration of the flux and the desalination rate. The results showed that two cleaning fluid had the similar functions to restore the performance of membrane components.
