Boiler furnace explosion pressure (furnace design transient pressure) the choice of acertain relationship with the pressure head of induced draft fan, the related rules ofdomestic and foreign regulations have contradiction, in recent years, along with theincrease of the total resistance of flue gas system, the project is not uniform in the boilerfurnace design of transient pressure of choice, and there is a rising phenomenon; flue gassystem equipment (denitration device, air preheater, dust collector) design pressure, thecurrent domestic regulations did not clearly defined; the flue design pressure and furnacedesign pressure and induced draft fan pressure head, when the design of transientpressure and fan TB head pressure is inconsistent, the current is not suitable for domesticflue design pressure, various conditions of reasonable selection of consideration, thereare departments of design values of the flue design pressure is not unified problem.Therefore, careful study of the bearing capacity value and flue gas system designpressure, to regulate the design, reasonable control of project cost is of great significance.In this paper, domestic and foreign regulations and the data of large boilercompanies were analyzed to study the boiler furnace explosion pressure and flue gassystem design pressure. The conclusions were as follows:(1) It is not desirable toincrease the boiler furnace transient withstand pressure blindly, but to considering theboiler safety, rational structure, project cost and other factors, relying on perfectprotection and control measures to ensure the safety of boiler.(2) The flue gas systemdesign pressure of upstream of induced draft fan was comprehensive determined by themaximum operating pressure, MFT pressure and minimum design pressure of flue media.The flue gas system design pressure of downstream of induced draft fan wascomprehensive determined by the maximum operating pressure and minimum designpressure of flue media.(3) There are large or small effect on the boiler furnace pressureof the starting or stopping of FGD flue gas system, but reasonable control system canreduce this impact.
