With the development of industrialization process in China, the production of raw materials, coal has played a more and more important role. In order to do coal mining operations with low cost and high efficiency, high-power electric traction shearer has been designed and manufactured by each manufacturer. After the design and manufacture of Product, it must do inspection by corresponding equipment before delivery. According to the routine test of shearer, loading test bench was designed to carry out loading tests, then the processing precision, assembly precision and dynamic loading characteristic of shearer has been tested.Ahead of the production of coal-cutter, loading test bench of coal-cutter shearer was designed and manufactured in Taiyuan Mining Machinery Group Co.,Ltd. However, with the increase of its power and the improvement of the production batch, the loading test bench gradually cannot meet the needs of the daily production. In addition, the assembling accuracy of outfit was a little low and the period of completing the clamping was long, and it is hard to realize the inspection of shearer one by one. Therefore, the load test bench of technological equipment for coal-cutter shearer needs to be redesigned. Graduate student innovation center in Shanxi Province has been set the project as a graduate student innovation subject.Aiming at the structure features and the production batch size of coal-cutter shearers in the plant, the loading test bench of coal-cutter shearer was redesigned. Compared to the original design of the technological equipment, the questions of low assembly precision and long assembly time were solved. At the same time, the technological equipment design of serialization was completed, achieving the design requirements for shearer specifications available loading in the test bench.The main contents of this article as follows:(1) The existing loading test bench and test method were studied, advantages and disadvantages of various test methods were compared, and the suitable method for loading test of shearer layout and loading test method were summed up.(2) The dimension chain analysis of assembly was done to the original technological equipment, figuring out the coaxiality error of output shafts of two shearers under this kind of localization way as well as the coaxiality error of the false motor shaft of accompany specimen to the input shaft of the loading generator, and finding the shortcomings of this positioning way. The way of positioning the two shearers were redesigned in order to reduce the coaxiality error. (3) The stresses of various components in the process of loading were calculated, in order to guarantee the technological equipment strength at design time.The upper and lower half fixture of planet head, the fixture of connector ear hole, coupling of planet head and compaction device were redesigned. Under the premise of guaranteeing relatively higher assembly accuracy, clamping of the overall technological equipment becomes more convenient, and the time of the clamping is shortened.(4) The feasibility of the design was verified. The stress, strength and vibration of fixtures which is clamped were simulated, preventing the occurrence of such problems as more stress, insufficient strength and larger vibration of the technological equipment.
