| Practice shows that grouting is an effective technical means of governance flood water inrush, but related dynamic water grouting theory development is not yet mature, the lack of theoretical development has not carried out effective guidance of grouting engineering. Due to the uncertain factors in the dynamic water grouting is more, so in this paper, the analog simulation, numerical simulation and theoretical methods were studied. The technical route of this paper is on the slurry viscosity changes as the main line and the spread of grout in dynamic fracture morphology and slurry condensation curing mechanism, on the basis of theory to research the technology of grouting seal fissure water.(1) Test in the first of water cement ratio of0.8and1-sodium silicate cement slurry and cement slurry of chemical and physical properties are measured, and summarizes-sodium silicate cement and cement slurry viscosity, and on the basis of the test of slurry concretion body strength, etc.(2) Combined with special geological conditions of mines, the author on the basis of the simplified water fractured, through the establishment of a single smooth tablet grouting test rig, analog simulation method was used to study the diffusion rules of grout, sums up the different shapes of slurry in moving water diffusion, and studies the different types of grout in moving water resistance ability and sealing mechanism.(3) Different slurry was studied by means of numerical simulation in different water rate and different grouting rate cases, grout diffusion regularity, and the different slurry in moving water plugging mechanism research and analysis.(4) Each other by means of numerical simulation and analog simulation results, combined with the slurry viscosity change, slurry condensation curing mechanism, grout diffusion law, etc., in this paper, using the analytic hierarchy process, the main factors of the grouting control, finally put forward under the condition of dynamic water plugging theory and technology. |
