Abstract:Along with the rapid development of economy, environmental pollution which cannot be ignored has become a major problem affecting human health drinking water. This provides an opportunity for the development of water purification industry. The water purifier industry which experience a golden period in the early time enter into a slow development stage very naturally. How to overcome the difficulties and seize the opportunity to achieve the company’s strategic objective has become the most important issue that must be addressed in the case of that large companies dominate the market, as well as the weak market, product homogeneity serious, increased competition, and the rising costs.The subject of the thesis is LLC Eco-Technologies Co.,Ltd. The thesis uses the theories and analysis tools of strategic management to study and establish competitive strategy which fits company’s development. Firstly, the thesis uses PEST theory to analyze the macro-environment starting from the company’s current development, and uses Five-force model to analyze five competitive forces in industry. From the analysis it concludes the opportunities and threats facing the company to establish an external factor evaluation matrix. Then the thesis analyzes the resources and ability to find the company’s internal strengths and weaknesses, and establishes an internal factor evaluation matrix. On this basis, the thesis uses SWOT analysis matrix to analyze internal and external factors. Then, the thesis uses QSPM matrix to compare three competitive strategies, which is determined that the company’s differentiation strategy based on the focused customer. And the thesis presents the company should focus on the brand, the product and service differentiation to implement differentiation strategy. In order to ensure the company’s competitive strategy to implement effectively, the thesis puts forward specific measures to ensure the implementation of company strategy.
