With the rapid development of economy and technology,continues to increase,the application scope of tungsten are rapid growth;National reform of the "supply side" will vigorously promote industrial upgrading,innovative industry drive elements is the tremendous opportunity of China's tungsten industry health development.China's tungsten industry development is not mature,product positioning lack of advantage,resource end the imperfection of the market order,market competition is intense,due to lack of product innovation ability,the companies are faced with the challenges.LT,a domestic company to containing tungsten renewable resources as raw materials,uses independent intellectual property rights of circulation technology to product high value-added products of tungsten steel,tungsten powder and tungsten bar,and ITs recycle of waste tungsten resources in line with national environmental protection and the development of circular economy industrial policy;Through long term operation of industry production LT accumulates the advantages of the market management experience,patented technology,independent intellectual property rights and invention patent,and ITs product application field is extensive,thus the company has advantages to choose matching competition strategy of rapid development.This article attempts to use three dimensions of the country,industry,and company to detailed analysis,so that finds what opportunities and challenge,advantage and disadvantage are LT company facing,then make sure what competition strategy is suitable to LT company,and put forward the concrete measures of implementation of competitive strategy.This article first introduced the selected topic's background,purpose and significance of research,next analyzes the current domestic and foreign theoretical research about the company's competitive strategy.This paper studies used theories mainly includes:the theory of porter's competitive strategy theory,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis.Through detailed analyzing the national's where LT company is located at level macro environment,industry level,industry competition environment and internal overall capacity,to put forward,in the current environment,the development opportunity of LT company is national industrial environmental protection policy supporting.Challenge is to supply side reform which puts forward higher request to the company;Advantage is that the company has strong technical research and development ability and excellent marketing model;Disadvantages are that a company profile on the low side,lack of innovative high-end market competing goods in industry,at the same time enterprise in tungsten industry downstream bargaining power is not strong.Comprehensive LT company competitive strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,we suggest to take differentiation competitive strategy.That is the advantage of product differentiation competitive strategy in the tungsten products homogeneity to maintain competitive in the serious market;Market differentiation competitive strategy expands enterprise product market,and the size of the market.In order to achieve the goal of competitive strategy,LT company must from the multi-dimensional cooperation such as human,financial,research and development,through the talent construction,financial management,product innovation and a series of measures to implement company strategic objectives.This article attempts through the LT company product competition strategy analysis,a reference to similar domestic companies and researchers and reference.
