The sintering process is an important process of steel production,sinter as one ofthe main raw material of the blast furnace, its quality directly affect the quality of thehot metal and the smooth production of blast furnace. BTP is the position of the end ofthe sintering. BTP is a measure of an important indicator of sinter and quality, and BTPposition is to determine the normal signs of sintering production process. People havebeen pursuing the quality and quantity of sinter In the production of sintered, and thesehave a great relationship with the end position of sintering point. BTP reasonablecontrol will not only improve the effective use of the trolley area thereby increasing theproduction of sinter, and also improve the quality of sintered ore, and reduce energyconsumption. However, due to sintering production process is a multi-variable,nonlinear, time delay, multi-disturbance, making the control of the BTP is difficult toestablish a precise mathematical model, the use of traditional control theory is difficultto predict and adjust the end.In this paper, based on analysis of the production characteristics of the sinteringprocess, were analyzed for the the BTP control of many difficulty.Proposed a methodbased on the temperature curve surface (Areat) to achieve the end of prediction andcontrol, according to the actual situation of the sintered product, the system selects thefuzzy control strategy. And self-correction function of the parameters introduced in thefuzzy system, allowing the system to adjust the system parameters, dynamic response assoon as possible in unexpected disturbances. According to the data collected bellowsfitting quadratic curve, and calculate the size of the Areat, by control Areatvalue toachieve indirect control of the BTP control in a reasonably constant position.In this paper, fuzzy system control advantage in the sintering engineering, researchthe AreatBTP control method and control process. Fuzzy control the BTP optimizationmodel, model-based control rules sources and the production site operators and onlineadjustment. The system makes the end of the fluctuations in the use of Xinxing DuctileIron Pipes Co., Ltd. ironmaking4#sintering system, from8%down to4%, but alsoimprove the utilization of sintering machine. Practice shows that the system has playeda positive role in promoting stable sintering production, improve the sintering efficiency.Facts have proved that the system has a strong ability to adapt.
