Study on ASM vehicle emission detection and control system through the theoryand experiment, developing a set of detection vehicle exhaust system based on thedetection of national standards about vehicle exhaust detection system, in order toreach the best control result, this paper find the most optimal control theory.Designing the overall scheme of the detection system is based on theGB18285-2005.developing automobile exhaust measurement system hardware andsoftware structure have some goals, for example to realize the basic functions, to meetthe requirements of detection, to convenient operation and to improve the controlprecision and so on. The hardware design mainly from two aspects of the mechanicaland electrical structure, those mainly include acquisition and processing signal unit ofsensor, lifting the control unit, designing of the driver helping unit, loading controlunit of eddy current machine, control unit of anti-drag motor, besides introducingeach unit composition and function. The software design mainly from the idea ofmodular, those mainly include login vehicle basic information module, searchingvehicle information module, detection ASM module, sensor calibration module,system parameter setting module, exhaust gas analyzer calibration module, chassisdynamometer calibration module. This software has a lot of advantages, such asflexible of detection, friendly interface, the characteristics of strong transplantable, ina word, the detection system would meet the national requirement about automobileexhaust gas detection system.Through the research on working characteristics of eddy current dynamometerand studying ASM vehicle emission detection system, analyses the advantages anddisadvantages of the PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm and the scopeof application, using the simulation software of Simulink to build the PID control,fuzzy control, fuzzy PID control model, comparative analysis those control methodsabout precision and dynamic response, because of fuzzy PID control methods has fastconvergence and small shock than PID and fuzzy control methods, so this paper selectthe fuzzy PID hybrid control method as loading control mode.Using that development system to test vehicle exhaust emission experiment inorder to record different reference mass models of loading torque and time data,comparing those data with the ideal curve to analyze the actual loading curve andideal loading curve variation trend, calculation the error between the testing value andtheoretical value. This system has a very high level control accuracy, it would meetthe test requirements.In conclusion, this paper accord to the national environmental protectionstandard to design ASM vehicle emission detection system, this system was designed by the angle of theory and practice, in order to reach requirement this system includehardware and software designing, chose the best control method to realize controlprecision, through the real vehicle experiment to test system control precision.
