Studied on the antimicrobial properties of different solvents extracts of Kadsura longipedunculata fruits with8food deterioration bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus, P.aeruginosa as test strains. Did chemical composition system experiment on extracts from Kadsura longipedunculata fruits. The separation, purification, identification of antibacterial material and the bacteriostasis activity of monomer compounds of Chloroform extract are also studied in this paper. The results are shown as follows:1. The antimicrobial diameter of different solvents extract from K. longipedunculata against8food deterioration bacteria was used as the target. The ethanol extract showed best antibacterial activity.The ethanol extract had most prominent antibacterial activity on Sh.sonnei, the antimicrobial diameters was greater than32.04mm. The petroleum ether extract had noneffective on the test organisms. The ethyl acetate extract had prominent antibacterial activity on gram-positive bacterium. Inhibitory effect of size was:ethanol extract>water extract>acetone extract> ethyl acetate extract.2. Studied the antimicrobial properties of extraction of enthol extracton on8test strains. The results showed the extraction of enthol extract had good antibacterial activities. And the petroleum ether extract had noneffective on test strains. The chemical test results showed the water, ethanol and petroleum ether extract had flavonoids, polysaccharide, alkaloids, essential oil, et al, had less protein. Also had much flavonoids. Used chloroform as an agent for chloroform extract, got3separationⅢ、Ⅳ、Ⅷ. Identified with nuclear magnetic resonance, the Ⅲ, Ⅶ pure compound may be flavonoids, the IVpure compound need further research.3. Studied on antibacterial activities of the3pure compounds, the results showed:Ⅲ、 Ⅳ、Ⅵ had obvious antibacterial activities.The Ⅲ pure compound had best antibacterial activity on8tested strains. Compared the MIC of3pure compounds with benzoate and potassium sorbate, the3pure compounds had better or same antibacterial activity than benzoate and potassium sorbate.
