Moving bed bio-film reactor (MBBR) is a new high efficient bio-film reactor which developed in recently years. It has many advantages, such as high efficiency, good outlet quality and can bear high impactive load.Aerobic MBBR facility has been design and built for the experiment. The experiments indicate that the MBBR can be domesticated in10days. In the continuous running experiment, when HRT=2-6h, the descend ratio of COD、 NH3-N and TSS can reach78~87%,80~93%,93~95%respectively. HRT=4h is the optimum HRT. When the reactor under the high impactive load, the descend ratio of COD and NH3-N can also reach66%and88%when HRT=6h. The reactor can bear good impactive load. The model of MBBR reactor can also been build up in this thesis, and the result of stimulate is closed to the date of the experiment.The side cantilever agitator in anaerobic MBBR has been researched in the thesis. In the clean water condition, the power index of CBY-1,2,3are0.521,0.901, and1.030separately, and the mixing time indexes are314.4,153.5, and137.7separately. The optimum position of the side cantilever agitator is at horizontal angle a=15°~20°, downward angle b=1°~5°,h/H≈0.55. CBY-3is the optimum agitator style.The performance of water reuse project in east campus of Beijing university of chemical technology indicate that:when HRT=2-6h, the descend ratio of COD, NH3-N and TSS can reach90%-95%. When the dosage of disinfectant is100mg/L, the disinfectant is helpful in wipe off COD, NH3-N, Total Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus, TDS Surfactant and amount of bacteria. The descend ratio can reach50%,35%,48.7%,39%,24.2%,11.3%and99%. It is the optimum amount of dosage of disinfectant. The outlet of the project achieve the "Standard of sundry water quality", and been accepted by the government. Intermission air blasting, frequency conversion water supply, and kalium active hydroxyl disinfectant have been used in this project so that the running cost can be reduced to0.47yuan./t(not including depreciation)。 There are6-9g/m3kalium salt in the outlet of the project, satisfy the kalium salt need of the grass.。After the water use investigate of the east campus of BUCT, the rebuild and continuation project which increase the water reused ratio to50%have been proposed.
