The background of this research is based on the active oxygen device for 500Kg/d and the preparation technology. The aim is to produce and apply it to water treatment. A new friendly environmental disinfectant has been developed and evaluated in this study. It introduced the equipment for producing active oxygen disinfectant firstly, then discussed the peroxide composite disinfectant used in daily disinfection, and described it as a disinfectant used in oil field water, reuse water, and recirculating cooling water. At the same time, the peroxide prepared by the active oxygen disinfectant has been introduced in brief.The equipment for producing active oxygen disinfectant 500Kg/d had been manufactured. A series of experiments have been carried out, and the corresponding results are as follows:(1) The study introduced the preparation of the composite disinfectant by the active oxygen disinfectant. The results show that the composite disinfectant has a number of attractive properties, such as good stability, practically nontoxic substance with weak cumulative toxicity and no obvious irritating effect on animal skin. It has no irritative odor and is an friendly environmental disinfectant.(2) The results also show that, the killing rate of sulfate-reducing bacteria was 100% when the concentration of the disinfectant was 400g/mL, the killing rate of iron bacteria was high, and the effect can maintained within 24 hours.(3) Adding the active oxygen disinfectant with the concentration 140...
