TO parameters are optimized withmatlab software.For different diameter of axle of twist drill best grinding parameters is given,which facilitate the adjustment of the machine tool position during the process of grinding.According to the grinding wheel form of exercise in the new style cone sharpeningmethod, determine the structure of the grinder.And used UG software constructed the3dentity modeling for the various parts of grinder,use the function of UG’s assemble,Assembled virtual prototype of new style interior.Use the simulation function ofADAMS,dynamics simulation for the new style cone sharpening machine To verify therationality of the design. theoretically realize twist drill grinding.
