Composite materials can meet the special requirements of certain weapons,which play an important role in increasing power, improving range, reducing weightfor weapons. Composite materials director has a specific strength and stiffness ratio,light weight and can greatly reduce weight, improve operational flexibility. Thisthesis focuses on the composite materials director about its parameterized modeling,dynamic properties, strength properties, structural optimization.The main work in this paper as follows:①Based on the physical modeland fully understanding directional tube structure principle, parameterized model ofthe composite Materials director is built with ABAQUS Python developmentenvironment, which makes preparation for integrated optimization. The mode ofcomposite materials director is studied so as to realize its inherent characteristic. Theconnection between its inherent characteristic and the angle, the number of layer isalso got by changing compound materials layer structure.②Based on theestablished finite element model,With the ABAQUS/Explicit solver for transientdynamics analysis, the analysis result of every layers in different time and the qualityof muzzle vibration is obtained to verify the reliability of directional tube.③Fromthe microscopic structure of directional composite director,the lightest weight of adirector is defined as an objective function,the optimal mathematical model isestablished by taking the thickness and winding angle of the composite materialslayers as design variables and the stiffness and strength as constraints withMu1ti-island Genetic Algorithm and Sequential Quadratic Programming Syntheticoptimization Algorithm by the integration of the ABAQUS and the iSIGHT in orderto reduce the weight of composite materials director and obtain outstanding overallperformance compound materials director.
