With the development of the world’s "green" popular tide, high-grade quality ramie textiles is "elegant" in the international market and the symbol of "luxury". Ramie is a specialty of China. At present, more than95%of the total world production is produced in China, ramie textile with its absorption, breathable, good performance and straightforward style on the market at home and abroad enjoy high reputation. Lagging in the ramie carding spinning technology in China, however, is still in the1980s, no big improvement for more than30years, the overall progress of hindered the ramie textile industry in China. In ramie strip in the production of refined dried-jute most process is independently, in today’s highly market-oriented industry environment, in all walks of life are extremely competitive environment, the mode of production is still unable to meet the needs of enterprise survival and development.With the increasing development of the jute spinning industry in our country, using advanced ramie production line instead of the old and backward production line is necessary, both in the production cost, labor intensity and so on energy conservation and environmental protection has the advantage of huge new production line. In this paper, the main content is as follows:(1) Introduction of flake refined dried-jute production line equipment.(2) In the collection, sorting and analyzing domestic and foreign research results, on the basis of the transmission system of stretch-breaking machine design, and selection of the drafting system and parameters of the specification, and then the each link of the whole process of stretch-breaking machine parameters, roller pressure (draft) for design calculation. According to the different ramie fiber to determine different parts of the draft, and then determine the number of teeth of change gear, so as to ensure the control of ramie fiber output in a reasonable range.(3) Ring device is the key of stretch-breaking machine for coiler forming structure, so the ring structure of article has carried on the design, and then the theoretical analysis for the failure of the steel ring circle is the main reason for the effects of the inertia force of rotating, and put forward the method of adding counter weight of coiler, the counter weight of inertia force and circle the inertial force balance.
