At present the study of the shaped effect based on the high explosive is much,but the ordinary industrial explosive shaped effect research is inadequate. Theindustrial explosive shaped charge has the insufficient of low speed shaped jet. Onhow to improve the industrial explosive shaped charge penetration cutting ability, thestudy of industrial explosive double groove shaped charge was carried out, which ishelpful to the application and promotion of the ordinary industrial explosive shapedeffect.The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were carried on about theimpact of two initiating. And on the the basis of theoretical analysis and numericalsimulation, the experimental research was carried out.(1)The impact of the two initiating detonation wave was studied. The resultsshow that the angle of the detonation wave front and shaped cover is samller, but theinfinitesimal and the shaped jet speed are greater. Based on theory of the detonationwave collision, the parameters solving process of reflection, regular oblique reflectionand informal reflection (Mach reflection) was summarized; Clarifide the calculationprocess of the detonation wave collision surface pressure, and calculated pressures ofdetonation wave model. Got the trend of detonation wave collision pressure.(2)A numerical simulation was performed by Ansys/ls-dyna simulations.Builted the models of the center point initiation and the two symmetrical pointinitiations. The shaped jet formation process was simulated. The simulation resultsshow that the speed and length of the shaped jet be created by the two initiationcharge were greater than the one. The average growth of the end shaped jet speed was22.84%.(3)The basic control experiment. The experimental results show that using twoinitiations in industrial explosive double groove shaped charge can enhance theintensity of detonation, increase the effect of the shaped jet penetration ability. The improves of the charge were proposed.The results showed that using two initiations in Bipolar Linear Shaped IndustrialExplosive Charge can improving its penetration and cutting ability. The charge can beused for cutting precious stone and metal, demolition blasting, pre-splitting andsmooth blasting. The study results used as a reference for the further study ofindustrial explosive linear shaped charge cutter.
