The roadway surrounding rock was serious failure for during the period of mining thecoal of the main production roadway in TangDong coal of Hunan huarun coal Ltd, themaintenance roadway was very difficulty.To solve the problem supporting of Tangdongcoal, the paper mainly across the floor mining roadway deformation mechanism, conductresearch and critical control stability mechanism, proposed anchor,scalable "U" shapedsteel combined support, anchor key parts of the program to strengthen support, The studyresult is used in practice. The following was main research:(1) Through the study of the working face support pressure distribution law,Established a model for working pressure in front of the rear support additional stress,draw a horizontal range abutment pressure effects; Based on Mohr Coulomb failurecriterion a condition of maximum damage depth obtained by mining rock bearing pressureon the floor during the mining face, The maximum damage depth was influence miningdepth, mining bearing pressure, coal and rock strength and other factors.(2) To Analysis across the roadway on the floor mining theoretical analysis is dividedinto three stages, cross stage by mining、cross-mining stage、After the inter-stage mining.The force of deformation and failure analysis of the three stages in the floor tunnel; Andfloor roadway affected by mining when four typical failure characteristics were analyzed.(3) The use of numerical software FLAC3Dto simulate the impact of mining floorroadway stability across the two factors. The result have shown that: the closer the verticaldistance the greater the impact on the bottom roadway, is not conducive to the maintenanceof roadway; beneficial to maintain the stability of the roadway when the roadway layout,the vertical distance between the two should be appropriate, with the horizontal distance isreduced to the level of the roadway distance of about10meters, rock stress reaches themaximum, most likely at this roadway damage occurred; rock stress across postharvestsignificantly lower across the roadway before harvest, because of roadway acrosspostharvest reduce stress in Gob area.(4) By theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, presented Anchor, scalable "U"shaped steel combined support, key parts of the anchor to strengthen support programs;through field practice, support to good effect, to solve the coal hole by Don mining issuesaffecting the supporting roadway deformation; effectively alleviate the succeeding Tanghole tension coal mining and mine roadway promote innovation and technology, and withreference mine roadway under similar conditions.
