| Membrane technology gets more and more attention for its no pollution, nophase change, energy-efficiency, etc. In recent years, membrane technology has beenwidely used in environmental protection, food, medicine, biotechnology and otherfields, and this has brought great economic and social benefits. This issue is animportant part in the establishment of the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranemodule performance evaluation system. In this issue, we aim at establish a hollowfiber ultrafiltration membrane rejection detection device with fully function, highprecision and automation.National Center of Ocean Standards and Metrology is the third-party testingorganization, which provides notary data of liquid membrane separation industry tothe society. The existing rejection detection device of the center uses the displayinstruments to show the temperature, pressure, flow, and the detection points is veryfew. The adjustment of separation conditions can be achieved by the limited numberof buttons and manual valves. The device has been unable to meet the currentdemands for rejection performance detection.First of all, the relevant industry standard at home and abroad and the existingdetection device are analyzed and summarized, to determine the design goal of thedetection device in this paper. Then, on the basis of summing up the advantages anddisadvantages of existing equipment, the separation principle and the technicalrequirements, the hardware pipeline design and hardware assembly are completed. Inthis issue, we employ the PLC as the control system and the touch-screen ashuman-machine interface of the detection device, and this is the first time. The designof the control system consists of hardware and software. The key of the former part isthe peripheral circuit, which ensures that the detection device will be protective andhas adequate power supply capacity. In PLC program section, the main program, thesubprogram of the process variable data acquisition and processing, the overallplanning of touch screen picture are mainly discussed. The technological emphasisand difficulty of this topic is the constant pressure differential and the constant flowrate, and the detailed introduction of the realization of this function is in the chapterfive. |
