Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is used as the organic piezoelectric material, thematerial flexible, low density, low impedance and high-voltage voltage constant (g) ofthe world’s attention, etc., and develop very rapidly.Currently, on the market most ofthe ultrafiltration membranes for commercial used are organic polymer materialsprepared by phase inversion method. Organic polymer film has become the firstchoice for the film industry because of its rich material, easy molding, simple process,cheap raw and etc. The organic and inorganic materials composite ultrafiltrationmembrane has become one of the research hotspots. The composite ultrafiltrationmembranes can maintain the advantages of the organic polymer material, and can usethe tiny size of the inorganic powder to improve the performance in terms of thestructure and separation of the film.In this study, inorganic-organic PVDF/BaTiO3、PVDF/Y2O3Er2O3Yb2O3、PVDF/BST、PVDF/BBN、PVDF/TiO2composite ultrafiltration membranes wereprepared by phase separation methods. The objective of this work was addinginorganic particles to enhance water flux, the retention of protein, and also discussedthe mechanism primarily. The morphology of membranes was examined by x-raydiffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, a scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Through the doping modification of composite ultrafiltration membrane ofhydrophilicity, pure water flux, the interception of protein are improved, Meanwhilecomposite ultrafiltration membrane surface becomes more smooth, so it is not easy toBSA molecules attached to the surface of the film, so adding inorganic powder makesultrafiltration membrane fouling performance has also been improved. Whileinorganic powder doped composite ultrafiltration membrane material thermal stabilityhas also been improved.By doping inorganic powders studied elongation complex illumination afterultrafiltration membrane, molecular weight changes, and the degradation mechanismwas explored.
