The coke dry quenching technology is more and more widely used at home andabroad, through its practical application in coke production, there is no doubt that itsadvantages, the use of coke dry quenching technology, it improves quality of cokingplant coke, it improves cokeproduction capacity and save energy, it improves thesurrounding environment and reduces air pollution, greatly that it improves the cokingenterprise economic benefit and social benefit.In2011, Shanxi coking coke CDQ project successfully was completed the Limitedby Share Ltd150t/h, at present,our company has a total of1sets of CDQ device, it ismy company’s5#,6#of coke oven production facilities, thetreatment of coke produc-tion capacity is150t/h, it is usedas an inert nitrogen gas cooling red coke, and it issupported the2seat65hole6meters JN60coke oven the CDQ production, when theCDQ device need inspection or failure, our company can use new wet coke quench-ing as backup. Obviously, there are1#,2#,3#,4#,5#,6#for a total of6coke ovenoperation in our company,5#,6#coke oven production equipment is more economicand more environmental protection in daily equipment, thus proving that, in the pro-duction of coke in CDQ technology can save energy, protect environment effect, andthe full load operation of my company3#generator,the estimated annual power ge-neration capacity can reach32000000kilowatt hours of electricity.This paper mainly is about our corporate status, the project background, literaturereview, the selecting of CDQ keydevice, CDQ boiler technology, CDQ waste heatpower generation technology and so on, from the above aspects the paper was targe-ted in detail,in test instructions,in data analysis,in data comparison, the paper gives thesuggestions about how to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler and how to im-the3#generator generating capacity.This paper proves the CDQ technology has obtained thecertain economic benefitsand environmental benefits in our company,and it proves the use advantage of cokedry quenching technology is isundeniable, and it puts forward its application will promote the level of our company and China’s coking industry rosing to a new level.
