The Estimate And Protection Of H₂S For Pipelines And Equipment Of Hekou Oil Production Plant

H2S has become a major potential safety hazard of Hekou area,which threatens the life and property safety of the staff in the oil field and the residents nearby.The corrosion towards the oil production equipment from oil and gas containing hydrogen sulfide,is a combined action of many functions,such as H2S、CO2、Cl-and H2O,rather than the corrosion of Hydrogen sulfide alone.The aqueous solution of H2S or CO2that dissolves in salt or sour is much more serious than that is solely dissolved in water.The corrosion rate is dozens even hundreds of times faster in this way. Among all the factors leading to the equipment corrosion in acid-stage oil and gas field. H2S and CO2are the major two associated corrosive gases during the production of oil and gas field.Firstly,it threatens personal safety; secondly,it threatens the safety of the production equipment;thirdly,it brings negative effect to quality of all the exporting natural gas from Shengli Oil Field.The leakage of oil and gas, the stop of work and production,the damage of equipment,the pollution of environment and the casualties that are caused by the corrosion of H2S remain a huge safety loophole in Hekou oil production plant.This research picks the key block based on prophase research by consulting with Hekou oil production plant, aiming to probe the corrosion law of H2S on the oil and gas airtight gathering and transportation equipment in the3rd Ore of the plant,estimate the safety performance of the equipment such as service life,and draw up corresponding safety measures.These4parts are related to each other.This paper draws up the content and scheme of experiment research on corrosion in laboratory,by researching,analysing,concluding based on the statistics of the equipment condition,working environment and corrosion condition of the oil and gas airtight gathering and transportation equipment in the3rd ore of Hekou oil production plant.It sums up the corrosion law of H2S and service life prediction model under corresponding working conditions,and comes up with measures concerning production safety according to the field condition,based on the analyses of the experimental result.
