Chinese condensate gas field start late, but develop soon. With the development of Ying Maiand Di Na condensate gas field, Many problems, such as process system and energy consumption,are faceed by Chinese condensate gas field. In this thesis, CNPC Ying Mai and Di Na2plants aretaked as research objects, which are the most typical new plants with complementary process andextensive products. The whole factory cut into process units to analyse energy and optimizeprocess, which is an entry path and a train of thought in this thesis.According to the whole Di Na2factory analysis, it is found that the potential in energysaving of the heating utility and colding utility is45.45%and27.81%and the cross pinch heattransfer amount in heat exchanger network is4664.14kW, including the air cooler cooling heat upto4217.8kW, which take up90.43%of the cross pinch heat transfer amount. Air cooler crosspinch heat transfer was supposed to be controlled. After optimizing the heat exchanger networkparameters of Di Na2treatment plant, the heat load of the whole Di Na2plant reboiler is cuttedback by850.2kW, which greatly reduces the amount of oil circulation, but also reduces the powerconsumption of the air cooler.According to Di Na2factory sub-process units analysis, it is found that light hydrocarbonrecovery unit, condensate stabilization unit and glycol regeneration unit can be optimized. Lighthydrocarbon recovery unit selects deethanizer feedinf in two shares program. Stable lighthydrocarbon preheat selects the deethanizer central feeding program. Condensate stabilizationunit selects condensate oil stabilization unit heat exchanger in order program. According tocomprehensive utilization of research by the energy of the Di Na2gas processing plant, the totalload of all tower high regard reboiler is reduced of2129.1kW and the heat conducting oil heatingconsumption by fuel gas can be reduced by6947.28m3/d. The unit energy consumption of theentire oil and gas processing plant production unit is declined23.51%.According to the whole Ying Mai factory analysis, it is found that the potential in energysaving of the heating utility and colding utility is34.03%and8.36%and the cross pinch heattransfer amount in heat exchanger network is7216.89kW, which is coused by air cooler.Regeneration gas air cooler takes up90.43%of the cross pinch heat transfer amount. To reduceregeneration gas air cooler cross grips heat transfer can greatly improve the heat exchangernetwork utilities load. After optimizing the heat exchanger network parameters of Ying Mai treatment plant, the heat load of the whole Ying Mai plant reboiler is cutted back by827.23kW,which greatly reduces the amount of oil circulation, but also reduces the power consumption ofthe air cooler.According to Ying Mai factory sub-process units analysis, it is found that the molecularsieve dehydration unit selects the regeneration gas preheating process.The reconstructive plan of system’s energy saving is raised by gathering with oil and gasgathering and treatment process simulation and optimization technology, the heat exchangenetwork simulation and optimization technology and waste heat recycling technology. It can beguided CNPC oil condensate field treatment plant better and realize comprehensive utilization ofenergy.
