YD gas field oil and gas processing plant have some problems, including failure of making full use of existing waste heat, the operation parameters and exchange network are not optimum. Developing the study of energy saving scheme of YD gas field’s oil and gas processing plant, reducing the energy consumption of the device and the plant’s operation cost that has important practical and guiding value for the development of YD gas field in an efficient and energy-saving way. At the same time, the research results of this paper has important guiding significance on the design and construction of new oil and gas processing plant of condensate gas field in future.This paper investigated YD oil and gas processing plant, collected the design and operation data, calculated the comprehensive energy consumption of unit process capacity of oil and gas processing plant, analyzed the energy consumption situation of oil and gas processing plant, established and calculated the evaluation index of oil and gas processing plant, used The pinch theory to analyze the heat-exchange network of oil and gas processing system, found out the heat exchangers which has transfered heat across the pinch of the heat exchange network, found the distribution of energy consumption of oil and gas processing plant and the direction of energy saving, under the premise of not changing the main process flow, established the overall energy saving scheme that including optimizing the key process parameters, recycling the heat of stabilized light hydrocarbon and stabilized condensate oil, established the process parameters optimization model of NGL recovery device, and used the case analysis method to solve the optimization model, studied the waste heat recycling techniques which are suitable for the oil and gas processing plant, proposed the utilization projects of the heat of stabilized light hydrocarbon and stabilized condensate oil, calculated and chosen the most economical and feasible case, finally, formed an energy saving scheme of oil and gas processing plant of YD gas field.After simulation and optimization of process parameters of oil and gas processing flow, the annually fuel gas consumption of NGL recovery device can reduce at least339thousand cubic meters, the heat utilization project of stabilized condensate oil can save fuel gas666thousand cubic meters a year; the heat of stabilized light hydrocarbon can meet the demand of the heat load of heat exchanger station in winter, heat exchanger station can save fuel gas422thousand cubic meters a year. Integrated the schemes above, established the overall energy saving reconstruction scheme of oil and gas processing plant of YD gas field, which can save energy costs1.9million yuan for oil and gas processing plant each year, the annual output value of LPG, stabilized light hydrocarbon and stabilized condensate oil is12.05million yuan higher than before. The total economic benefit of process plant can increase of13.95million yuan.
