| In recent years, China’s low permeability oil and gas production accounts for over70%of the totalproduction scale, low permeability oil and gas fields have become key battlegrounds for production. Lowpermeability reservoir reserves of Shengli oilfield is abundant, due to the low permeability reservoir isdifficult to effectively development by vertical wells, since2010, Shengli oilfield carried out multi-stagefracturing of horizontal well for pilot test. The horizontal well length, the fracture numbers, the fractureinterval and other parameters not only affect the production of horizontal well, also influence economicbenefits. At the same time, horizontal well fracturing technology is critical to the success of the horizontalwell fracturing. Therefor, the optimizing design of multi-stage fracturing of horizontal well is necessary.Based on understanding the typical low permeability reservoir characteristics of shengli oilfield andthe principle of the fracturing technology commonly used domestic and overseas, this paper laid down thegeological conditions screening standards and the design policy of the low permeability reservoir which fitfor horizontal well fracturing. Based on the analysis of the applicability, advantages and disadvantages ofthe fracturing technology, combined with the actual field experience, optimized the well completion andfracturing technology. According to the seepage regularity of fractured horizontal well and the start-uppressure gradient of the typical reservoir determined by experiment, established the ultimate drainageradius formula, and use it as the main basis for the optimization of the horizontal well spacing and fracturespacing. Based on the analysis of production performance of the fractured wells and the evaluation offracturing effect, summarized some regularity. Through the above analysis and research, this paper obtainedsome guiding principles and conclusions for the design of multi-stage fracturing of horizontal well.Optimized the design of a horizontal well by the principles and conclusions, this well was fracturedsuccessfully, and the initial production performance is in good condition. |
