| Erdos basin is one of the major domestic which contains rich oil and gas resources.Honghe oilfield is located in the south of Tianhuan syncline. The oil reservoir with low pressure, low porosity, low permeability characteristics is difficult to be developed.According to the poor physical property of the matrix in Honghe oilfield, the development of local natural fractures, small pore throat, poor connectivity, starting pressure gradient is obvious, large driving pressure difference, fast production decline, vertical well development effect is poor etc, in order to explore the effective method for development of Honghe oilfield, Honghe oilfield opened the horizontal well development model.Based on the engineering geological characteristics of Honghe oilfield, such as the lithology, physical property, rock mechanics, stress, reservoir structure and the sensitivity of reservoir characteristic analysis, the corresponding prediction model of production capacity is established, optimization of the horizontal well fracturing design parameters and construction parameters is studied for Honghe oilfield.Based on the Widely applicated fracturing technology in Honghe oil field, the multi-stage fracturing technology of open hole sealing packer, CT, drillable bridging plug are analyzed.Through three field application case in Honghe oilfield, three kinds of processes which are widely used including open hole sealing packer, coiled tubing with bottom sealing and drillable bridge plug staged fracturing technology are studied. The study shows that using horizontal well multi stage fracturing technology can effectively improve the production of single well. The optimiziton about design parameters and construction parameters for Honghe oil field is in favor of improving the pertinence of fracturing.Open hole sealing packer staged fracturing technology, coiled tubing with bottom sealing staged fracturing technology, drillable bridge plug fracturing technology and casing pipe sealed packer fracturing technology is appropriate in Honghe oilfield. |
