So this paper adopt thetraditional industrial engineering methods. Specifically, it takes NO.1workshop with itsrepresentative as the object, and underway system combing in moving route, balance of theproduction line, the process procedure,operation procedure, operation flow and other angles.So as to depict and analyze the status quot and find the improvement point the efficiency, cost,and quality problems. Finally, this paper put forward system optimization and supportingmeasures targeted the above puzzle from angles in program optimization, operations analysis,analysis of mobile route optimization, production line balancing.By comparison of the expected effects, we can see the application of IndustrialEngineering methods in A food factory production systems could greatly enhance theproduction efficiency of H products, reduce costs, and control product quality fluctuationsunder a very low investment of resources. Also, this optimization verifies IndustrialEngineering methods in the suitability of the food manufacturing industry and the highinput-output ratio of industrial. If promoted, Industrial Engineering methods will enhance theproduction capacity of the industry as a whole, and thus achieve sustained competitiveadvantage in international competition.
