Arrangement And Optimization Of Clothing Sewing Production Lines

This paper has investigated various clothing sewing production lines，consultednumerous literatures and called on many professionals, then summarized thecharacteristics and applied status of various production lines. Based on the knowledgeof clothing production management and according to the plan staff number or plan dailyoutput of enterprises, the initial average takt was calculated and the production lineswere arranged. In order to make the arrangement efficiency better, the takt-time ofprocess which has changed is within the scope of takt-time by splitting or merging theprocess to optimize, then, we can obtain the data about location and staff. The selecteddata of suit in this paper was authentic from the clothing enterprises, some usefulreferences are provided for not only optimize the actual production of suit but alsoimprove the production efficiency of enterprises.This paper, at the practicable angle, developed an arrangement system whichapplied to all production lines stressed on process merge and balance. This system usedclothing CAPP design thought for reference. The system is divided into four modules ingeneral due to its function: The login module, the main function module, the processmaintenance module and the module of inquires equipment time. Take a clothingproduction line for example, firstly, the production line was arranged by this system,secondly, according to the index of judgment and efficiency evaluation to optimize, thelastly, we can acquire the best arrangement scheme.It is so practical of the optimization arrangement methods and the computer aidedsystem, which can be applied to the enterprises through further tested and perfected andimproved the adaptability for clothing manufactures to meet the market requirement ofsmall batch, multi-type and short periods. This system can simplify calculation inpractical production, as well as add the further application in clothing enterprises.
