Carbon dioxide removal technology using amine solvent has been widely applied to thefiled of natural gas purification process due to its high absorption load, good absorption effect, low cost and recyclable solvent. The method of carbon dioxide removal by mixed aminesolvent has attracted increasing attention in recent years. This method has the advantages ofstrong absorption ability, quick reaction rate, wide application range, little gas loss, highpurification degree, little solution corrosion and low regeneration energy consumption. So itis very necessary to develop the experiment and theory research on the absorption anddesorption performance of mixed amine solvent. And it is significant for the formulaoptimization and application promotion of amine solvent used in carbon dioxide removal fornatrual gas.The research work of this subject is mainly aiming at absorption and desorptionperfomance and carbon dioxide removal mechanism of mixed amine solvent of MDEA andMEA, DEA, TEA, DETA, TETA. The suitable operating parameters of stirring rate, gaspressure, absorption temperature in experiment is determined by analysis of absorptionperformance. The changing laws of absorption and desorption performance indexes ofabsorption rate, absorption load and desorption degree are analysed comprehensively bycomparing the different types of amine solvents. The absorption and desorption performancesof mixed amine solvents with different ratioes are studied, and a better ratio is obtained. Thecarbon dioxide absorption mechanism of MDEA+DETA and MDEA+TETA solvents withbetter absorption performance is researched. The dynamic model is established combiningwith the experiment data which can provide theory support for application of these kinds ofmixed amine solvents. These researches can be helpful for exploration on appropriateexperiment method and these results can be used for selected and ratio optimization of amine solvent in carbon dioxide removal process.
