Safety is always the most important factor in the field of the coal. Theelectrical equipment of intrinsically safety can better reduce gasexplosion caused by park from the electric equipment. It is greatlyimproving the safety in the process of coal production.Along with the explosion of coal mines accidents occur frequently,the state put forward the construction requirements of “the six systems”to guarantee the safety. This subject will integrate the maturecommunication system into the coal production and safety system, anddevelop the integrated access communication equipment. The equipmentis small, high integrated interface and Interface modular.The maincommunication system transfers through the PON (Passive OpticalNetwork).According to the intrinsically safe circuit requirements, how tosuppress the energy from circuit during the operation or failure toproduce thermal energy or electric spark to ignite the gas is the key pointof this thesis. The subject will perform Specific analysis ofcapacitor, inductor circuit short circuit spark energy release model andresearch the method of inhibiting the spark. It also proposed the method of integrated access communication system separation power supplydesign.This paper designed over-current, over-voltage protection circuit andthe isolation interface for integrated access device of intrinsically safety.According to the specific parameter, itwill performanalysis for components selection analysis and circuit design. The paperalso designed multi-channel flameproof and intrinsically safe powersupply for the integrated access communication equipment.
