| Most of the mine equipment in our country is equipped with 10kV motors,which are mainly used for belt conveyors,fans,pumps and other mine equipment.Based on the research background of high-voltage and high-power frequency converter developed by a mining equipment company,this paper designs and develops a 10kV/1200kW high-voltage mine frequency converter.The inverter uses domestic motherboard TX8000 and controls the motor through CPS-SPWM modulation technology.It has the characteristics of small output harmonic and constant rated torque below power frequency.The development of the mine frequency converter can solve the problems of starting and stopping of belt conveyor,intelligent speed regulation of fans,pumps and other equipment.Firstly,this paper summarizes the development status of mine frequency converter at home and abroad,compares the technical characteristics of mine frequency converter at home and abroad,and analyzes the market prospect of mine high voltage frequency converter.Secondly,we determine the overall scheme of high voltage frequency conversion system.we expound the composition of the system and the principle of each part,and analyze the topology structure of the inverter circuit and CPS-SPWM modulation algorithm.Again we design and simulate the main circuit of the system.we calculate the parameters of key devices in the main circuit such as phase shift transformer,rectifier diode and IGBT and select the devices.based on CPS-SPWM modulation technology,we build the inverter circuit model in MATLAB and simulate it.we study and analysis the influence of carrier wave and modulation wave parameters on the output waveform.We design the main control circuit and auxiliary control circuit in detail,including the design and simulation analysis of intrinsic safety circuit.The main control circuit mainly includes IGBT drive device.The auxiliary control circuit mainly includes Beifu PLC control circuit,signal sampling and conversion circuit,intrinsic safety circuit,human-computer interaction interface,etc.We compile and debug the software.Finally,the corresponding tests were carried out on the developed prototype,the relevant test data were listed,and the prototype was submitted for review.According to the test results,all the performance indexes of the developed prototype meet the relevant standards for mining equipment. |
