Gear box of transmission equipment, widely used in high speed wire rod mill isthe operation of the gear box is normal, involving the whole units or the working stateof the machine. Collaborative work between contour mill equipment rack, alternatingload, impact, vibration fault is cage and rolling element bearing fault more, at thesame time, along with the impact broken tooth, and axial stress failure. Once theequipment failure maintenance downtime, will cause loss of personnel and property.Therefore, to develop monitoring and diagnosis for rolling mill gear box canguarantee the normal operation of the mill equipment, has important economic andsafety significance.This topic high speed wire rod mill gear box as the research object, by analyzingthe characteristics of the gearbox fault and judgment are studied, mainly has thefollowing four aspects:(1)Studied the vibration mechanism of the gear box and fault forms. Introducesthe high speed wire rod finishing mill by transmission chain as an example of gearbox structure model, analyzes and sums up the vibration model of gears, bearings inthe gear box and common fault characteristics and common fault characteristics ofshaft components, has laid a theoretical basis for simple data analysis.(2)This paper introduces the method of collection and data analysis. Mainlyintroduces the time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis method. Timedomain analysis methods including vibration peak, RMS, kurtosis index such as theuse of the dimensionless parameter method and autocorrelation analysis; Frequencydomain analysis method mainly includes the data signals of Fourier transform andpower spectrum analysis. Combined with the actual high speed wire rod vibrationdata from the gear box of a certain steel mill are analyzed in diagnosis and theconclusion is given.(3) Fuzzy diagnosis matrix was established mathematical model of symptom andfault membership function. Through detailed study of the fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic diagnosis theory, combined with the gearbox vibration mechanism and faultdiagnosis analysis, the fuzzy statistics statistics out of the analysis of reasons andcorresponding symptoms appear the number of times, combined with the expertexperience matrix, the model of fuzzy logic diagnosis matrix was established.Determines the signs of membership degree calculation formula of rolling mill faultfuzzy diagnosis model is established. And based on this model to carry on thepreliminary diagnosis data collected on the spot, the right results, and the diagnosismatrix was updated.(4) This paper introduces the fuzzy diagnosis system development matters.Shows that the fuzzy logic diagnosis method for the corresponding relationshipbetween the symptom vector diagnostic analysis, and detailed introduced thediagnosis system at the time of diagnosis of data filter conditions, by dimensionlessparameters such as peak RMS or pulse index for data filtering.
