Large equipment failure is often caused by failure of the rolling bearing. Once the fault occurs, it will not only seriously affect the production efficiency of coal mining enterprises, but also cause the casualties of mine personnel. Therefore, with the development of computer technology, sensor technology, information processing technology of the rapid development, coal mine large equipment online monitoring and fault diagnosis system research is important, which helps monitor equipment to achieve fault prediction and timely treatment.This topic is based on the project of Yangquan coal group and the actual project system as the project background. Understand the mechanism of the common failure of large equipment in a mine and the vulnerable parts first and field analysis of large electromechanical equipment for main shaft belt machine, ventilator, enhance machines and other key parts of the motor, reducer, drum and other easy monitoring sites and the fault characteristics are due to the rolling bearing, so the bearing is the vulnerable point. Therefore, the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system for large-scale equipment in coal mine is studied.The system data acquisition using acceleration sensor is the key parts of the rolling bearing vibration signal acquisition and temperature sensor on the equipment of temperature signal detection, vibration signal, temperature signal, supplemented by online monitoring. Signal processing for the vibration signal amplification, filtering and other processing, the time, frequency characteristics, envelope spectrum analysis, select the characteristic parameters as the basis for fault diagnosis. Using fuzzy logic does the severity level of the fault diagnosis function. Monitoring PC uses iFIX and Kingview software development and OPC data communication, data management realize real-time monitoring, trend analysis, report query, report production, diagnosis, analysis and web release function.The overall system in this subject mainly monitors the vibration signal of rolling bearing, and temperature as well. In the industrial Ethernet, the real-time on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of large scale equipment are realized. It solves many problems, such as the traditional fault diagnosis which is not timely, the fault location efficiency which is low, high maintenance cost, poor integrated performance and improve the efficiency of inspection staff, reducing the percentage of fault incidences. In Yangquan Coal Group, after more than six months of field research and various departments work closely and follow up study, the practical application of the system shows that, the system can online monitor the state and fault diagnosis of easily damaged parts of large equipment, which can meet the requirements of timeliness and accuracy. |
